10 Best Anti-aging Tips

By: NS Brar Home | Health-and-Fitness | Beauty

Your success in whatever you do is definite if you have the best prior knowledge to it.

The solution to your problem lies within your problem.
Yes, my friend. This is the truth. If you come to know the reasons why you are looking older than your age mates, then you can overcome your problem by correcting the areas where the problem lies.

What happens, when you cross 30, your body starts losing luster resulting in weight gain, sagging skin, sunspots over the face, falling or thinning of hair, loss of energy, getting hang over the next day if we stay up beyond midnight, delayed recoveries from colds and flu....After 40, it gets worsened with the illnesses like high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes.

So, to get rid of all this, it becomes necessary for us to get fully aware of all the causes of aging which are as follows:

1.Free radicals in our environment- All the time we are exposed to free radicals, from our environment and from within our bodies. Free radicals are unbalanced molecules that steal electrons from other molecules and attack our body. They attack our cells, or the DNA in our cells, leading to mutated cells. This causes the aging effects making us highly prone to cancer and other diseases related to the skin, liver, respiratory, immune, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

2.Sun- a poison for our skin- Sun is responsible for causing early wrinkles on our face, Actinic keratoses and skin cancers. Sunburns and Tanning are equally bad for skin health. Tanning beds are as bad as sun exposing our skin to Ultra Violet Radiation. Anti oxidants are beneficial to control this problem but fail to reverse or prevent aging completely.

3.Gravity- The effect of gravity with the passing of time causes the jowls to develop. The reason being that gravity pulls everything downward. The effect of gravity is seen after a certain age and nothing else but only surgery can remove them.

4.Facial expressions- Some people have a typical facial expression on their faces all the time. The repetitive moment of muscles result in the growth of wrinkles and lines on their faces.

5.Smoking- Smoking is highly responsible for the aging of your skin as it damages your respiratory system. This causes various types of ailments depriving you with good health.

6.Unhealthy Food- Your food should be fat-free, with low cholesterol, no excessive oils and spices. Get the nutritious foods from the nature around us like avocado, berries, cruciferous garlic, ginger, nuts, soy, whole meal pasta and rice, watermelon, and fresh water. Foods rich in antioxidants such as citrus, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, almonds, berries, and bell peppers, as well as the nutrients calcium, zinc, beta-carotene, and vitamin-B are the most popular anti-aging foods.

At the end, I would like to say that nothing is impossible if we decide to make it happen. You can change yourself completely if you have the right knowledge of what to do and what not.
