The sun greatly adds to the skin's wrinkle formation, so, you have to take note of that. You can do this by using sunscreens and moisturizers. Or, you can use a moisturizer with sunscreen, thereby preventing skin dryness and overproduction of melanin resulting to less wrinkles.

2. Avoid vices like smoking and drinking alcohol. Drinking too much alcohol dehydrates the skin that takes away its natural moisture. If you have dry skin, wrinkle formation increases. Smoking contributes to wrinkle formation by lessening blood circulation thereby blocking capillary circulation. In your capillaries, oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged. If you smoke, less oxygen goes in your body that increases skin aging.

3. Always avoid stressors, which are events, things, or people that contribute to stress. When you're stressed, you tend to use your facial muscles more, thus increasing wrinkle formation. When you are at rest, try to think of your facial reactions and relax your facial muscles by massaging them smoothly. Be aware of your frowns and try to relax your forehead, which is the usual site of wrinkle formation.

4. Use glasses or contact lenses if you need them. Constant squinting occurs when you don't wear glasses and try to view an object by squinting. This action produces the Crow's feet, which is the wrinkle at the side of your eye. Also, prevent your hands from rubbing hard on your eyes and face.

5. Less wrinkles mean more vitamins. Taking a lot of nutritious food and vitamins help prevent release of free radicals. These substances are released into the circulation with constant exposure to the sun. Free radicals tend to damage the regenerated cells thereby preventing skin regeneration. Take a lot of vitamin E, which is a known antioxidant for the skin. Vitamin E locks in moisture that keeps skin healthy.
