Honeymoon and weddings is when everyone wants to look the best. It's impossible to hide from cameras and flashes any defect. Honeymoon is the time when you want to look sexy, beautiful and the best for the second half and that's where these tips can really help.

1) Eating breakfast is a MUST.

Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. Start your day healthy and you won't want to ruin it. Starting your day with a healthy breakfast of lean protein, low-fat carbohydrates, and fruit or vegetables is a key to daily weight loss success.

2) Think about what you eat.

Learn about food, know what you eat. Look for vitamins and nutrients and don't just limit yourself with foods you like. Learn eat healthy and your body won't disappoint you.

3) Say NO to a night eating.

Eating before the bedtime increases the amount of calories leaving no chance to burn them. Don't eat anything after 6-7 pm.

4) Healthy snacks is a way to go.

Dieting and weigh loss should be a torture. Have healthy snacks. Having something frequently in small portions, body is working better by speeding up metabolism and burning more calories.

5) Continue eating carbohydrates.

Whole grains contain much needed carbohydrates that our bodies convert into energy. Instead of high fat, low fibre choices such as white bread and fat-laden cakes, select healthier low-fat carbohydrates such as fortified cereals.

6) Drink water.

Drink water as much as you can. Dehydrated, your body will crave for food and for high calorie drinks. Choose still water and fruits because they are very refreshing and good for you.
