Therefore, a healthy diet and a healthy body is a the initial step towards hair care.

3. If your hair is not only falling out but dry and brittle, your practitioner may recommend some homeopathic doses of fluoric acid. Fluoric acid is also used to treat hair loss from certain conditions (fevers and syphilis, for example). The treatment is made from hydrofluoric acid, which has the ability to dissolve glass. However, homeopathic dilutions are typically so weak that no molecules of the original substance actually exist in the treatment.

4. Pour some olive oil into a pot and warm it up just a little. Shampoo your hair with a natural shampoo and then apply the olive oil to your damp strands. The heat will allow the oil to penetrate the strands. Leave it on at least one hour and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

5. You can prepare amla oil by boiling dry amla pieces in coconut oil. It is considered as a valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth. A mixture of equal quantities of fresh amla juice and lime juice used as a shampoo stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.

7. You can nourish your strands with a raw egg after shampooing. Apply the yolk onto your strands and then cover your head with a plastic cap to seal in the heat from your head. Leave it in for 10 minutes and then rinse it off.

8. Saw Palmetto - It is a small creeping palm containing free fatty acids and phytosterols, which block the formation of DHT and by inhibiting the enzyme 5-alpha reductase that contributes to androgenetic alopecia.
