I get asked all the time to talk about candida and yeast. Now, I want you to know that candida or candida albicans as we call it is a type of yeast. There are many different types of yeast. Yeast is technically a type of fungus. It’s not a nice thing to have in your body, particularly when it’s overgrown. Now, candida is what we call a diamorphic fungus, which is a fancy word for dia, meaning two forms, diamorphic, meaning two forms. One form is when it’s single celled as a yeast; the other form is when it’s multiple cells, as a fungus. Why do you have excess yeast, and why do you have excess fungus in your body? Why do you get it around your genitals? Some people even get it around their lips. Why do you get it on your tongue? Well, the reason you have it on our tongue and the reason you have it on your genitals is they’re pretty much the only two places that people can see how filthy you are inside externally. Your tongue and your genitals are it. The rest of you is protected by skin. See, if you want to know how dirty you are, look at what you’re eating and drinking. But, what is candida? Let me get a little technical on you for a moment. We believe in natural health in something called pleomorphism, which again is a fancy word for pleo, like poly, meaning many forms. Now, if I was to take your blood and take a live blood analysis and look at it under a dark field microscope, I can actually see your red blood cells swimming. Now, if the plasma, or the liquid of your blood that they swim in, is health, I see the red blood cells looking thick, and plump, and together and healthy and wholesome. If, however, your blood is unhealthy, you’re eating a lot of animal products and meat and dairy products and wheat and things like this, I will see your red blood cells clumped together, out of shape, moving slowly, deformed. But, what’s really interesting is as you get unhealthy, we’ll being to see that red blood cell morph into a bacteria. And then if those bacteria get unhealthy enough, it will morph down again into a yeast. That’s why when people stick their tongue out, if you can see little red dots, you can see little bacterial spots, and if you can see white, you know they’ve got yeast everywhere inside them. And if it gets really bad, it will generate into a multi. How do we get rid of it? The answer is to not take more bacteria. Now, if you can visualize, if you’re good at visualizing, I want you to visualize these four steps for how your body works. Number one if you’re healthy red blood cells. Step two, if it morphs into something bad, it will morph into a bacteria. Step three, if it gets worse, it will morph into a yeast. And then finally, step four, it will morph into a mold. Don’t, yeast is step three. Don’t take bacteria to morph it up to step two. It’s still bad. We want to take something that will morph it back into a red blood cell, step one. Now, if you’re not visualizing, I know you’re totally confused out of your mind right now, but don’t worry about that. The closest thing in nature to your red blood cell is the chlorophyll molecule, which is the grain in plants, which means we supplement with chlorophyll, we get the vegetable juices and juices into you, we get, you’re supplementing with wheatgrass and barley grass, and I know some of you are listening right now, saying, oh my God, well, what are you saying? This is horrible. Are you kidding? Um, now the other thing that I want to tell you is the main thing that’s probably promoting your yeast, apart from all of these things, is the fact that you take yeast excrement into your system. Now, bacteria excrement is one thing, but yeast excrement is even worse. Bacteria excrement is acidic acid, acidal aldehyde, it’s deadly poisonous. Um, yeast excrement is deadly poisonous and it begins to shut your body organs down. As it begins to kill you, your body releases powerful hormones to give you an adrenaline rush, to make you feel good, much like when you’re drowning and dying, so your body can put out with it even before it can even eliminate the poison. It crosses the blood brain barrier, and it begins to impair your movement, your speech, your decision making, sometimes you look like a bit of a fool, as well. And that’s ethanol, or as we have used socially for thousands of years, alcohol. If you know me personally, you know I probably dislike alcohol in terms of health more than anything else on this planet. And if you’re listening to me right now, and your best memory is related to alcohol, then I’m worried about you, alright? Learn meditation, learn to change the way you feel by how you think, get a better peer group. The only reason you’re drinking is for two reasons. One, to change the way you feel, using a deadly poison to get a temporary adrenaline rush while your body goes into a type of death. It’s very, very dangerous, very dangerous. And I know you’re saying oh, well, I’ll grab…no, in five or ten years, you’re going to look old, honey. You’re not going to look good. Secondly, secondly, you’re only doing it to stay in a peer group that has a lower standard than you do. So, the first thing I do like when I see clients and I see a lot of people, celebrities, particularly people on television, uh, cocaine is a big product that they use, uh, to try to stay on the edge. One of the first ways that I council them to give up cocaine is to change their peer group. Get around better people with a higher standard who will hold you accountable when you want to change. And secondly, I don’t know, read a self-help book, read a psychology book, do something. Learn to change the way you think, what you picture, what you feel, the colors, the breathing that spins through you. But, I’m here to tell you it will take a while. If you’re craving alcohol or carbohydrates, it’s because you’ve got so much yeast that are feeding on sugar. Now, what yeast is it more to down? You’ve heard of the mummies in Egypt? It rots you when you die. Because when you die, your immune system quits cleaning these up, the white blood cells stop swimming around and trying to collect all these yeast and bacteria, and they eat you away. Which means right now, you’re being eaten from the inside out. And if you’re listening to me and you’re healthy, we’ve all got a degree of bacteria and yeast, and you’re being eaten. So, if there’s one thing you want to avoid, its bacteria, yeast and mold, which is why I stand in the minority of people with this knowledge and natural health in this world that stand by and say do not take probiotics or prebiotics. Do not take any sort of bacteria, whether it be a rod shaped, a spiral shaped, more of a hybrid shape. We don’t want this in your body. I’m not a fan of lactobacillus; bacillus means that it’s a rod shape, like an anthrax, like most naturopaths will tell you to take this. I stand alone when I say don’t. I stand in the minority when I say don’t have red wine. I prefer your meals have grapes instead. I’m in solitary when I say find a better peer group. I’m very, very, very passionate about this subject because there are very few things you can put in your body that is more destructive and is going to make you age, and if you’re a woman or male, and you’re injected with Botox, you’re injecting with something where you want to anti-age, then don’t drink alcohol. It will age you faster than anything. But, to do that, you have to change these two strategies. Now, more importantly than that is people say well, what about these studies where a glass of red wine has antioxidants, it’s got vitamins in there with all that poison, yes, because vodka was once potatoes, red wine was once red grapes, and there’s many, many, many other things; in fact, I could do a whole CD on how destructive some of the other things are that are in alcohol, but implore you, do not take nutritional yeast, even if it’s dead. Get your vitamins elsewhere. Do not take any sort of bacteria. And also, stay away from fermented products – soy sauce, mizo soup…I apologize; I have a plane going over in the background. See the wonders of technology where we are, people can record things now. And what else is fermented?
