Acanthoma (granuloma) Fissuratum - Prevention Tips And Treatment Methods

Acanthoma Fissuratum is a reaction on the skin and caused by unusual wearing of eyeglasses or spectacle frame pressure. Acanthoma other names are skin inflammation, heat rash, friction rash etc. It is normally occur on nose or behind the ear and it can also present at the site of pressure. Acanthoma Fissuratum may happen at any age and it is very dangerous. It mainly found on the retroauricular fold, superior auricular crease, or on the side of the nose or behind the ear due to pressure. Possibility is at any age and it is very dangerous. The main differential diagnosis is basal cell carcinoma. the symptoms of acanthoma (Granuloma) fissuratum flesh-colored papules in the retroauricular folds, symmetrically, often with a groove where the glasses rest.

The causes of acanthoma fissuratum is autoeczematization and other is irritation from stool, urine, or topical agents comes under irritating factors. Whether infectious agents may be serious cause for this disease and ill-fitting eyeglasses are the common cause of acanthoma fissuratum. Many treatment of acanthoma fissuratum protective barrier creams should used on reactive area. others treatment is air condition and absorbent powders should be used to keep cool the folds or expose skin folds to the air. Castellani paint can also be a useful treatment for this disease. Deep skin folds should keep separate from the cotton cloth and must be avoid tight dressing. Folds should keep cool and dry to eliminate the friction and heat.

1. Air condition and absorbent powders should be used to keep cool the folds or expose skin folds to the air.

2. Avoid outside junk food.

3. Deep skin folds should keep separate from the cotton cloth and must be avoid tight dressing.

4. Protective barrier creams should used on reactive area.

5. Balance diet and regular exercise is a very good remedy.

6. Castellani paint can also be a useful treatment for this disease.

7. Stay away from junk food.

8. Regular exercise should be done.
