Acidity Treatment And Great Home Remedies For Acidity

The stomach normally secretes acid that is essential in the digestive process. This acid helps in breaking down the food during digestion.

When there is excess manufacture of acid in the stomach, it results in the state known as acidity or APD.

Normally, there are some protective mechanisms against the acid, in the stomach and proximal intestine.

But an inequity between the protective mechanism and the level of acid emission can cause acidity.

Stomach acidity or hyperacidity conditions are a common problem.

Ask the person sitting right next to you in a bus if he had knowledgeable bouts of sharpness attacks.

Chances are great that he or she would answer you with a big YES. Why is this so?

ur stomach produces acid to digest the food that we eat. This is a regular and natural process.

Causes of Acidity

1.Excessive hot, spicy, fried food.
2.Intake of fats, sweets, adulterated and fermented food.
3.Alcohol consumption.

5.Stress-related conditions like anger, fear, worrying.
6.Excessive exposure to sun and heat.
7.Aspirin and ant inflammatory drugs.

1.Burning sensation or pain in the stomach, 1-4 hours after a meal
2.Chest pain
3.Prolonged heartburn
4.Inflammation in chest
5.Feeling hungry frequently
6.Constant pain in the upper abdomen
7.Belching
8.Nausea
9.Bitter taste in mouth
10.Loss of appetite
11.Respiratory problems

Treatment of Acidity

It doesn't seem like it would work, but it works better than anything else.

The acid of many acidic substance outside of the body really become alkaline once they are ingested.
It balances the acid in the stomach so that you don't have to produce too much of your own stomach acid to digest foods.

Make a fine fine particles of ginger dust, black pepper, dried mint leaves, asafetida (hing), anise seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel and common salt taken evenly.

Take one teaspoon of this powder with water, twice a day after meals.

Home Remedies for Acidity

1.If you are suffering from acidity, try to suck on a piece of clove. It will bring immediate relief.
2.For people who are prone to acidity, intake of milk or other dairy products will prove to be obliging.
3.Regular consumption of fresh mint juice can also help you get rid of acidity.
4.Add two teaspoons apple cider vinegar and two teaspoons honey to a glass of water. Drink this concoction after meals, as it reduce the chances of acidity.
5.Boil cumin seeds in a glass of water. Let it cool down and supplement your meals with it.
6.Banana, cucumber and watermelon have been establish to be helpful in treat acidity naturally.
7.If you are have acidity problem, avoid captivating tea, coffee and other aerated drinks. Instead, go for herbal tea, containing spearmint (pudina) and liquorice (mulethi).
8.The simplest of all remedies is to have a glass of warm water every day, early in the morning. Water is believed to neutralize acidity.
9.Drink coconut water 3 to 4 times in a day. It will help bring relief from acidity.
10.If you are looking for an instant relief, have a basin of yoghurt. It is one of the most effective home remedies for acidity.
11.If you continually suffer from acidity, suck on 10 grams jaggery daily, after meals. It will help you avoid acid formation.
12.Have a glass of cabbage juice daily, in order to avoid acid configuration and the resultant acidity.
13.If you want immediate release from acidity, take a glass of water with a teaspoon of soda in it.
