What acne and how can I prevent or cure and what should I add to my body care? This is a difficult issue for many. Especially for some teenagers who seem to be really bad. Sebum is what clogs the pores and when it clogs pores, but remains below the surface of what is called a whitehead. If the sedum is partially open, it causes a black head. It can not be washed away and takes a long time for it to come to the surface. Sometimes breaking the follicle and the will to heal, but other times it's not what causes inflammation of the pores red does not rupture immediately. If you pick them, it can lead to scarring. These scars are known as pits in front. They can not be removed, except for laser surgeries that have helped some people.

Acne is better left intact. A huge pustule is formed when white blood cells come to the surface. This is what many call "zitsa" or "pimplesa." Many believe a dirty face acne cases in which they try more products for the body. This is not true because not pore-clogging up and down. The actual cause of acne is unknown. An important factor seems to be increasing levels of hormones called androgens (male sex hormones) that is found in both boys and girls at puberty. Another factor is heredity or genetics. Acne appears to be hereditary. Girls or women may find their acne eruptions 2 to 7 days before the start of menstruation. Pregnancy, from on or off the pill, and stress can worsen acne. Some medications (androgens, lithium, and barbiturates) can cause acne. Physical Trauma (squeezing, picking, rubbing, rubbing hard or pressure helmets, tight collars, or backpacks), greasy cosmetics, and high humidity can make acne worse. Exactly why some people have acne and some are not completely understood.

In fact, washing your face can cause you to be irritating and can clog the pores even more. Another myth says stress causes acne. Stress affects your hormones, which can give you acne, stress by itself does not cause acne. There is something you can do that may help you get relief from acne. Using the mildest peroxide is much better than a small quantity of a higher percentage. How should I use? Well, look at your finger.

There are three sections on each finger joint. Starting with a squeeze that only fills a common section. Next week go to two joints and the third week of a set of the length of the fingers. Now that you have exceeded your face on several occasions, to apply a good moisturizer. This will balance the skin because the peroxide dry it out. In this way, you will not scaly skin. Follow this and you should see very good results. If you get redness in the first instance, this should disappear after about a week. If you get your acne and swelling crust then this means you may be allergic to peroxide, and you should stop. Another thing to remember as you go through the day. Do not touch your face. Leaving alone in order not to get irritated help heal. When washing or peroxide or apply a moisturizer, be gentle. Do not rub hard to avoid irritating your face.
