Adding Volume To Super Fine Hair

By: Gabriela Green Home | Women's-Interests

Do you seek for long, thick, full big volume hair? Do you gaze with envy at your friend's coarse, full of textured curls?
Having substantial hair volume that you can play with, design and style are at the top of the wish list of every woman blessed with baby like fine hair. Yes, we do mean "blessed" because adding volume these days is becoming easier. Volume can be achieved trough many new products out in the market whereas you still enjoy the manageable, ready to play with fine hair that you can easily take care of if you only wish so.

Follow these guidelines and enjoy gorgeous and dramatic hair-dos:

1. It is easier to achieve a volume effect with shorter haircuts because they naturally weigh less than the longer hair designs counterparts. Lifting long locks of super fine hair is harder and eventually they tend to fall flat even with the help of conditioners, mousses and other products.
2. If you do have long hair and still wish for a full volumized effect, your hair stylist will work harder but with several layered cuts at different angles he/she will be able to create the big hair appearance.

3. Hair color effects can create wonders by using some fine highlight sprinkled around your hair you will get some magical touch of light breaking in different angles and bouncing back from your hair in even crazier angles, instantly giving you more volume and a dramatic hair look.

4. After the basic steps towards a fuller look have been accomplished you should consider using volumizing mousses that create wonderful volume effects with their shiny hair accents

5. Smart use of gels distribute all over your hair along with dry blowing your hair while your head is upside down will give you that funky irresistible look that won't be missed by anyone laying eyes on you.

6. Using round shaped brushes when you dry your hair will help you first create the volume effect you desire; but in order to maintain this high volumized look, regular brushing sessions are necessary too.

Enjoy the fine hair you were blessed with; it requires only little maintenance work and every time you feel the urge to give your hair more lift, remember that it all depends on the hair cut. Great hair volume does not mean you need to have thick, full hair. Ask you hairdresser to make you smart layered cuts, accentuate with some fine highlights and it will instantly give you the big celebrity super-star look.
