Among the greatest marketers you'll find a focus on doing only the things that will get tangible results. Answering emails is not one of them. You need to be sure that all of the people list are feeling that they are being taken care of and hearing about the best offers you come across. You must give, give, give and always offer valuable freebies such as ebooks or courses to encourage them to always click every one of your links. This is essential, as you want to be sure that you're appreciated. Make them Highly useful freebies and avoid the rubbish PLR stuff like the plague. You're working hard right at the start will give you the kind of start that will allow you to upscale. Once you've really gotten yourself making money then you'll be able to outsource things and get the bits you don't want to do yourself done by someone else who'll be faster and better at it than you. Make money, then outsource. Free up your own time, so you can go back to focussing your next step. This is really liberating and you can end up with a great life, if you focus right now on getting going properly. Focus on it, and it'll happen. Keep you eyes peeled for anything which can automate the jobs you don't want to do as well. I use a Blogging system for example that allows me to update it and all my other blogs at the same time. That saves me lots of effort, and it updates itself too, I use software wherever I can, because i know that getting a human to do these things for me will cost over and over again, and I'm saving where i can. You should too until you have so much cash coming in from your efforts that it doesn't impact your pocket at all. Focus on what it will take to cause you to ignore all the fluff and noise around you. Sit down with a list of your to do's and just get those things checked off the list one at a time. Don't try to do everything at once and be systematic where possible. If you have a system in place that keeps you on the ball you'll get where you are going far faster, so set aside the time it's going to take to make you turn your initial profit and find out all you can about how you can upscale your business.
