Other than these cards, here are other strategies you can use in promoting your business cost effectively:

1- Testimonials and word of mouth marketing. If you think your products or services are good, let your customers say that for you. Let them tell your story to other people. If you can satisfy your existing customer, they will surely be happy to say it loud to other people. They will be the personal endorsers of your products or services. It would also help if you can put their testimonials in your marketing materials. This will surely help build the credibility of your company. If you work with your customers closely, you can be sure to get word of mouth marketing with even trying.

2- Develop a captivating headline. It is important that you create a strong and catchy headline that will grab the attention of your target customers. Stir their curiosity with your headline. Use powerful but simple words. Keep in mind that your prospects only have a few seconds to decide whether your materials or your business are worth reading. Make it easy for them to decide by putting a captivating headline in your materials.

3- Provide an irresistible offer. This is something you need to work on your marketing campaign. Provide an irresistible offer; one that your target customers would find so hard to resist. Your offer can be a lot of things. It can be mark down price, discounts, incentives, or rewards. It can also be free items or consultation which your prospects would surely want to have. Make sure to put an expiration date in your offers so people will be compelled to act at once.

4- Showcase the benefits and not only features of your products or services. People basically buy based on what the product or service can give them and not simply on what the products features. It would help if you will focus on the benefits on your products when presenting them on your marketing materials. This will surely let your draw in the interest and attention of your prospects.

5- Use offline tools to promote your online shop. If you have a web site, don’t be scared to promote it using traditional offline tools such as post cards or business cards. Put the URL of your web site in your business card templates and people will surely check out your site and see what you have to offer them. Remember that not everyone uses the Internet all the time, so tell them about your online presence through offline means.
