Almost two decades into its ownership by Fiat, the future has rarely looked as bright as it does today for this Italian institution. In a world full of similar cars Alfa Romeo persists to tread its own way, managing a range of thrilling saloons and coupes that epitomize Cuore; heart. They have been managed to create that obvios oxymoron, a sporting diesel machine family provided across the complete range. GT is a car variant based on highly applauded 156. The organization has even shown a new sports car which is gossiped, will make it into production as a flagship for the brand. This is the 8c Competizione planned and manufactured by the Alfa Romeo style centre an Arese, and created as an image of the name. Its name is reminiscent of Alfa's high motor sport tradition, and the styling of close-coupled two-seater exudes power and reveals driver pleasure. Having finally shrugged of its status for its ill built quality, Alfa Romeo is on a roll. GT Developed as a variant off the 156 and allocating several of its technical parts, GT is handsome two-door coupe designed by Bertone planned to hit deep into the region ruled for several years by BMW's 3-Series car. Driving enjoyment is right at the top of the list of performance, but this is not at expense of passenger comfort; the designing is shrewdly executed to provide place for elders of usual size, and suitable baggage space. As with every Alfa Romeos', the selection of drivelines is broad, Selespeed, Alfa's clutch less gear shift is presented, and a sense of belonging to an high club comes typical. 147 Designed as a response to the Golf and Focus, 147 is definitely Alfa Romeo particularly in its fire-breathing GTA form. Presented in two and four-door versions and with a choice of engines from a peppery 1600 through to the GTA V6, there is something in the range of each. Handling is sharp, and most importantly of all the car makes the driver seem concerned. Styling is clean, and was the first to show the retro-modern grille that has since been adopted throughout the rest of the range. 156 Now in its next generation, 156 has become a convincing choice to the BMW 3-Series. The Sportwagon variation is gaining friends at quiet a speed, providing the correct blend of looks and accommodation. Precise chassis and a range of engines together with Alfa's paddle switch-operated Selespeed transmission means there is a tremendous variety to select from and the â'feel good' factor has created brand devotion. 166 The company's executive saloon was one of those cars that holders loved despite its failures; actual designs had most confusion range of controls, and deduced electronic systems. Nuovo 166 that was presented does away with all those criticisms, becoming accessible five seats, four door car that appeals to free thinkers. Easy to operate as the driver now being able to jump and drive without having to spend first two days in studying the operators manual. Superior quality internal trim and traditional Alfa Romeo styling ice the cake. GTV and Spyder Continuing the tradition as old as the company itself, the coupe and the changeable family to the two-seater sports cars continues to gain a unique place in the mind of driving enthusiasts. Newly styled to accommodate the shield-shaped frame, but without loosing the sculpted lines that are definitely Alfa Romeo, the models continue to offer real sports car handling and functioning. There is not likely to ever be a diesel version â'†that would just be wrong. Alfa Romeos many more amazing designs are still to amaze you. This is all what makes Alfa Romeo unique and exceptional.
