Although, flash and images look good on a website, they are not liked by the search engines. Sitemap is very important while designing a site’s structure.

Internal Linking
As links are crucial for any webpage, the internal linking of your website is also very important when it comes to rank the page on SERPs. So, you need to carefully optimize your linking structure with keywords as the anchor texts.

Off-page Search Engine Optimization
Off-page SEO is about getting quality inbound links to your website. Without proper off-page SEO, there is no value of any on-page optimization.

Link Building
Links are the most essential factor influencing the page rank as well as the search engine rankings of a webpage. The techniques of link building are changing gradually. However, links are still considered important when it comes to search engine rankings.

Building Page Reputation
Link building is the only way to enhance the reputation of your webpage. Links are considered as votes to your site and more number of links to your site represents your reputation among the industry.

Anchor Text
It is difficult to manipulate the anchor text of the inbound links, but if the anchor text of the link to your site is a keyword of your webpage the link will be of great value. However, for quality inbound links, it is necessary make your site worth linking.

Link Popularity
Link popularity is the number of links to your website. Although, major search engines count on the quality links, there are many search engines who still consider the quantity of links for ranking.
