When it comes to almost anything we are looking for or need, I always suggest that people take a look online. When comparing shopping on an online store versus an offline store, you are always going to see an amazing jump in prices. I'm talking a few hundred to a few thousand dollars in savings. The great thing about shopping online is that you still can find all the products and services you want. And if it's good quality paper that you want, such as printable paper, heavyweight paper, custom stock sheets and custom paper size - it's all available online. You know, some people can really get away with using low quality paper because they are just printing up stuff once in awhile and it's not anything important. However, for those of you that use paper on a daily basis and you use it for things like reports, presentations, graphs, photography, or writing - you NEED quality paper that is going to stand up to the test of time, and will also store nicely as well. In these cases, you really need to look for a store online that is going to offer specialty paper. These specialty stores are going to have all kinds of options that other stores won't have. When you're really into paper you know that different sizes matter, and also colors, materials, thicknesses, etc. This is going to essentially be important to your company and what you are using it for because chances are not everyone is going to use the same kind of paper. If we all did use the same kind, then stores like this wouldn't exist. But they do exist! For example, for a presentation project for your company, you might want to use something like heavyweight paper made out of classic linen. Whereas if you are a photographer that is printing out photos or posters, you might need something like matte or glossy paper finish. All of us have different needs, but with a store like this that offers a little bit of everything, you can find several different types of options and paper that you will need. Plus, since it's a specialist store, even if you need the same type of paper with different dimensions or custom stock sheets, you can simply do it at ONE store instead of shopping at one store for the paper and getting it cut yourself - which by the way is going to cost MORE money! Instead, you could get everything you want, at one store, and save money! After all, isn't that the basis of any company or profession? High quality workability with low cost overhead! Also, some of these stores online will also offer samples to you as well. Sometimes you will have to pay for the shipping and handling on these samples, and sometimes they will just send them for free. I like this option because I can physically touch, feel and see what its like before I make my final decision if it's the perfect paper for me or not! This is going to help with that "oops" factor!
