Article marketing is a very cost-effective and highly efficient way to promote a website/blog, products, and services. The process involves writing and distributing articles on major publishing sites.

Struggling to generate enough attention from article marketing? Struggle no more and improve your techniques through these exciting steps:

1. Title. Make your titles more powerful. Grab online users and get them to read your articles by using highly effective titles. They must be descriptive, direct to the point, and benefit-driven. They must also be keyword-rich so your copies will show up on relevant search page results. Keep in mind that your title is the most important element in article marketing because it's what will grab your readers. You can make your titles very effective if you tell your would-be readers the benefits that your articles can offer and if you communicate the benefits quickly.

Body - inverted pyramid technique. The process doesn't stop the moment you get online users to open your articles. The next thing that you need to do is to hold their attention and keep them interested. Promote further reading by putting the juiciest details on top of your articles. Answer all the possible questions of your readers on your first paragraph. Your readers must find something catchy or interesting on your first 100 words so they'll be enticed to read on.

3. Offer valuable content. This is really the key to get the most out of article marketing. Offer your readers with useful and valuable information. This is not only to help them out but also to convince them that you are an expert on your chosen niche. Offer the best answers to their burning questions and help them solve their pressing issues by simply sharing your knowledge through your articles.

Keep your articles short. Here's the truth; online users hate lengthy articles so don't offer them something that runs 1,000 words. Pick topics that you can discuss in 500 words or less. Then, make your content easy on the eyes by breaking your content into several short paragraphs and by using subheadings and bullet list when and as needed. 6. Distribute your articles. The best places where you should post your articles to are article submission sites like ezinearticles and goarticles. You can also post them on your blog and on forums. Make sure though that you get inbound links each time you submit your articles so interested people can easily give you a visit.
