In the last part of this article series, I wish to offer you with useful tips on how you can make your articles search engine-friendly and how you can properly distribute them in the online arena. 1. Use your keywords on your titles. Let's start by discussing where to place your keywords. As I said in the first part of this article series, you need to have one primary keyword and secondary keywords for each article that you write. Your primary keyword should be on your title and it should be the first word that your target audience will see. If you pay attention to the title that I'm using for this article, you'll know that my chosen keyword is article marketing. I could have used this title "expert article marketing tips you can't dare to miss" but SEO techniques dictate that you'll have more chances of grabbing very nice spots on search page results if you start your articles with the keyword that you're targeting. 2. Sprinkle your primary and secondary keywords on your article body. Place your keywords on each paragraph of your article. Ideally, your primary keywords should appear on the first and last sentence and you can put the secondary keywords in between. Ensure that they're not too close to each other and that they blend well with your content. Keyword density is still 2% of your article's word count and this is applicable for both your primary and secondary keywords. 3. Submit your articles to EzineArticles. Right now, this is the most trusted, most popular, and most effective article marketing directory. With its position comes with stricter guidelines. This site will not accept articles that were already published on other websites. So, you need to submit your articles here first. Your articles will be accepted if they're unique, very well-written, informative, and properly optimized. 4. Distribute your articles to other A-list article marketing sites. Once your articles have been accepted by EzineArticles, go ahead and distribute them to other popular directories. The more directories you use, the more exposure you can expect for your articles. Some people find the process of distributing their articles very time-consuming. If you're one of them, I suggest that you hire freelancers to do this task for you so you can focus on writing more articles. 5. Use your articles on your website and blog. Use your articles to make your website and blog more content-rich and more informative. Posting at least one article per day will give your target audience a valid reason to check out your website on a regular basis. 6. Check the effectiveness of your articles. You would want to know how your articles are doing after a couple of weeks of publishing them. Know which ones are being read and those ones that are ignored by using specialized tools available in the online arena. It is through this that you'll know the strengths and weaknesses of your article marketing campaign.
