Asthma - Causes, Symptoms And Treatment

Asthma is a condition that affects the air ways. Allergy asthma is when specific things cause the trigger. This varies according to different patients. These triggers can be infections to the air ways. Animal hair, environmental pollution or extreme cold weather conditions are some of the triggers. Once you learn what triggers allergy asthma in your case, chances of having an attack are very slim.

Causes of Asthma

The most common causes of asthma are colds and viral infections, emotions, hormonal changes, house dust mites, medications, molds, fungi, polar, smoking and some elements of weather' the causes are very many. Some people can get an attack after having sex. What you need to do as an asthma sufferer is identifying the causes of your asthma attack. This way you will be able to deal with the condition.

Once you learn of the cause or trigger of your asthma try and avoid it. This way you will be able to stay for a long time without having an attack. The people around you should also be duly be informed about your condition so that they can be able to help you accordingly. This is very important in case of an attack.

Asthma - The Symptoms

Symptoms include sneezing, shortness of breath and lightness of the chest and as said earlier this vary from individuals in different circumstances trigger asthma. Situations such as the weather are key reasons. Chilly weather doesn't seem to come real good with persons suffering from this conditions sampling is also another determinate factor. One should therefore dress warmly during chilly weather or winter.

Smoking affects the lungs and this can cause one to have an asthma attack if already suffering from this condition. Colds and viral infections do trigger this condition too. Emotions and hormones can contribute to this. This condition has no cure but there are medications that are used to control it. Some of them include reliever inhalers and preventer inhalers which are used to relief the condition when one has an attack or to prevent the condition before it occurs.

Asthma Homeopathy Treatment

Carbo Vegetabilis - this remedy is usually used during the actual attack of asthma when the person is feeling faint or weak. The person would say that he feels shallowness of his chest. Furthermore, continuous cough follows wherein difficulty in the air passage going to the lungs is experienced.

Ipecacuanha - this remedy is applied to those asthma patients who suffer from coughing spasms resulting in vomiting or retching. It is also best for asthma that comes with mucus or phlegm in the breathing tubes.
