The prevalence of asthma in North America has increased markedly in recent decades. Since the 1960's, asthma and asthma symptoms in children and adolescents has increased each decade up to 75%.

Types of asthma.
Ayurveda says that there are five types of asthma determined by their range of difficulty of dealing on the basis of three types of imbalance:
1. The element of air - dry type asthma,
2. Fire element - type infection asthma
3. Water type - type congestion asthma

Who is at risk?
Asthma dry type usually found in people who are tin, are fragile and dry skin and constipation and are sensitive to cold climates.

5. Sit with your hands in the ribs and stomach and inhale. Fill your belly and then feel the breath fill the rest of the lungs. Continue to breathe until his throat is full and immediately begin to exhale. Exhale as the body is completely empty.
6. Repeat this exercise four times.
7. This breath can be done anytime of the day to help you relax.
