An attorney is an individual who has undergone a bachelors and 3-year law degree to then function as consultants and counsellors for client rights and obligations. They can also symbolize a party in civil and criminal trials and function as counselor by submitting evidence in argue in law courts for the customers behalf.

A lawyer can function and be self-employed or function in firms as partners.

Education and Training:

To be a lawyer, one has to have a Bachelors degree, then serve and complete a three-year law school degree from an accredited college or University. Before which, you take the Law School Admission Test or LSAT to be able to get in since there are basically only few slots and more applicants.
