Back Neck Pain Treatment - What Is The Best Method?

5. Camphor - It should be used topically for relieving pain, reducing inflammation and improving the blood flow. It warms the massaged area, giving a comfortable sensation.

6. Lavender oil - It has one of the most powerful analgesic actions and massaging the aching areas with it is going to provide fast relief.
