Keeping your life in balance daily is something you have to work out. Wishing that your life were more balance will not make it happen. You'll need to take sometime to evaluate what you need to do to make it happen. Be realistic about what you truly need, compared to what you want. These are two different things to consider. Just wanting something is not necessarily what you need to make your life balanced. Keeping your friends close is very important in keeping your life on an even path. Being able to bounce ideas off of them or share any frustrations you may have will help you. Friends are a great source to keep your life in balance. Make sure you also have your family as another source to help you feel safe and secure. You can never have too many friends or family around you. They will always be willing to listen to you when you need them. Getting exercise will help you to relax and help to keep yourself healthy. You don't need to do this alone, get a friend or a family member to do it with you, because they will hold you accountable. Start you exercise program just by walking in your neighborhood. Set aside 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week is a good start. Take you dog for a walk; they would love to go for a walk. There are all types of exercise to help you get the workout needed to keep you relax and healthy. Consider, swimming, hiking, bike riding, rowing, weight training, the list is endless, do what you believe you'll enjoy. Don't try to be perfect. When you insist on being perfect your putting too much pressure on yourself. No one is perfect. It's not being realistic. Doing your best at whatever you do, is what you should require of yourself. We are all a work in progress. Make sure you smile and laugh a lot in you life. Bring happiness to others. You'll be surprise how much joy and balance your bring into you life.
