Basic Difference Between Muscle Gain And The Process Of Sustaining It

By: kellyprice1225 Home | Health-and-Fitness

Progression of muscle gain and the process of sustaining that level of muscle growth are two different things and many muscle building enthusiasts are confused and maintain that both are one and the same. Both these processes may be connected and most of the techniques required for them may be the same, but there is a considerable difference between the two courses of action.

Fitness and health centers may consider these processes to be a standard part of fitness regime, but this is where people who have the real passion for body building and people who take it just as a fad differ and take diverse ways. Fitness is also a consequence of body building and other exercises while body building is a way of achieving a certain kind of fitness level required for many heavy duty tasks and games.

You might have noticed that some sports require sportsmen to be bulky, like for example weightlifting or shot put, while most of the other sports require a considerable lean and athletic physique. Even if we consider the entire process from hitting the gym till you manage to gain muscle as one routine, still the supplements and the exercise techniques are slightly different.

Good muscle growth will help you gain an entry but you will be required to maintain or sustain the muscle growth. Many boxers after fighting in certain â€categories of weight' gain muscles and weight to set their foot in upper weight categories. They do this by a controlled way of sustaining their muscle growth. Now here comes the catch †if they want to fight and succeed in that â€weight category' they need to maintain their weight (and muscle gain, off course).

After you have achieved the required muscle growth, you do not need to stop abiding to your training schedule (to sustain the muscles) but take a slightly different course of action or technique. It is not as difficult as it appears but it is slightly complicated but with a good trainer and experience, it becomes easy. Hgh plays an important role in gaining muscles (it helps in protein synthesis) and also in sustaining the achieved muscle growth.

All in all, good muscle growth with proper exercise and training along with the correct technique to sustain muscle growth (as and when required) will help you excel in many â€heavy duty' sport fields.
