″What is it about women and their special need to be beautiful?″ men always ask. I'd ask them back what is it about men and their special need for beautiful women. Beauty is a A Must from the first moment they lay eyes on you and the evaluation starts. First, a man will notice your eyes (right!). Are they wrinkled? Is the skin around them as smooth as silk or as dry as Sahara? The make up is next. It mustn't be too flashy, at least not when you're meeting Mom or his highschool old time buddies. But he won't mind if you put a little bit more colour when you are safe, like... in his bedroom. Then your clothes. Oh, he is only evaluating your style (of course!). Wether you are Fashion Proof or a Clothing Shopaholic, cause that would be written all over you. Somewhere in the middle is the best spot for you, but most of all, for him. It's O.K. if you spend some time shopping before dating him it means you are interested enough. Later on, when he gets to see your indoors home-boutique with all the skin care, body care and make up products, he'll wonder if he's dating a movie star or a famous band singer, cause only celebrities would have that quantity of beauty products, enough to handle 24/7 Spa treatments. So, later he'll know you are nothing in between or in the middle. And, finally, he looks at your body! But does he know how many hardships do girls face when fighting cellulite? Well, he knows now where all of that goes. Right on top! Your face skin would make Cleopatra look like a country girl and the touch of your body worthes all the lotions and body oils in the world. Next time he frowns or mumbles abour your ″self investments″, remind him that! Of course, your inner beauty is what counts best (right! again). You know that, he knows that... but then, why is it that every morning you jump out of the bed, face the mirror and quickly put on some make up. Natural beauty is what he preffers but it wouldn't be so natural without those handy natural hair remedies. He likes you so much, for who you are and for that natural look you have in the morning. (Wink!) That's why every time you cry because of the torched stake or you catch a cold, he suggests a little make up would make you feel better. Probably a hot bath in two, with a lot of foam and bubbles and vanilla oil back rubbing are just the miracle you need. He'll enjoy it, too! You'll never understand why the perfect woman standing next to him has to be understanding, funny, spontaneous, smart, a good sport and surely doesn't have to be Miss America to win his heart, still he'll turn his head after those ...misses, each time they pass by. So, let's face it! Both men and women are interested in beauty. Both take care of that aspect in their life. Maybe women do shop more, do care more about fashion, clothes, style, make up, body care.. skin care (whatever!). They do! Maybe men should care more and throw away their Week Days underwear, maybe a little aftershave won't hurt, neither a night cream for their wrinkles, cause not all of them look like celebrities at 40. And, yeah some healthy eating tips might do them just as good! Nobody is saying here that beauty is all that counts. Just that beauty does count, wether you have it or not, wether you recognize it or not, wether you are a woman or...not.
