Calendula is an excellent botanical compound which helps in cell rejuvenation, wound healing, reducing inflammation, soothing and softening the skin. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory affects of calendula both sooth the inflammation and helps to kill the unhealthy bacteria on the skin. Turmeric is a natural antioxidant herb. It is a very good antiseptic for cuts, burns and bruises. It is also used as an antibacterial agent. It allows the wound to heal properly without any infection creeping in. Vitex negundo is a large, aromatic shrub which has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and analgesic properties. It is useful in the treatment of superficial bruises, injuries, sores and skin infections.
