Benefits Of Raw Food

By: Clint Jhonson Home | Health-and-Fitness | Weight-Loss

The chemical transformations that are brought to food by the various cooking procedures are considerable. When cooked, the food comes to include chemicals that are not perceived by the mere ingestion of nourishment prepared in this manner.

However, the human body considers them toxicant substances. The immediate result is an immune reaction manifest in the generation of an increased amount of leukocytes. Their production is naturally triggered by the necessity for the body to protect itself against the unidentified aggressors.

In fact, this is how cooked food is treated like by the human body: it is an aggressor. The more its attacks" insist on the body, the greater the number of leukocytes generated. Eventually, your immune system ends up exhausted. Just imagine the number of white blood cells that are summoned by the body of a man or woman who eats on a regular basis only junk food!

This is a situation that would never occur if raw foods were considered. It is not compulsory to adopt raw food as your everyday meal. It might be a bit difficult for a consecrated cooked foodist" to instantly turn into a raw foodist. But no one expects that.

Let's see an example. Consider the highly diet recommended baked potato. How many times have you heard friends, relatives or other acquaintances talk about doctor-made recommendations of the baked potato? Well, are you prepared for the unsuspected reality? There is another face to the baked potato you might have never guessed: when cooked in this manner, a regular potato will include hundreds of more chemicals than when the potato is raw. Now can you perceive the implications of such a chemical transformation?

The point is that when we are on a diet for health control purposes we should do what's in our best possibilities to include raw foods: they will provide a reliable basis for an efficient curing diet. If our long esteemed friend, the baked potato, contains such an incredible number of toxins, can you imagine what agglomerations of chemicals occur in oil or butter-fried potatoes or chicken? What's to say about ham and eggs?

If you want to stop your body react as if it has been intoxicated, raw food is the positive solution. When raw foods are processed by the body, white blood cells will no longer be generated in a rush for the defence of your organism. If you try to make your regular meals at least 50% raw food, the production of leukocytes will be maintained in normal limits. Of course, if you could adopt a 100% raw food diet, things would look even more promising.

Consider the following benefits of eating raw foods. First of all, the chemical transformations occurring with cooked food are avoided in a raw diet. This is the basis for all the other advantages of eating unprocessed food. More precisely, the visible effects of deciding to eat raw foods are: positive attitude you will come to feel better about your own self and actually look happier; health improvement diseases are weakened; enhanced vitality you will feel more alive than ever.

If you want to benefit from such advantages, all you have to do is ask for what is naturally your right: to eat natural food as it is. This is the basis: unprocessed food for a body as disease-free as possible. Ultimately, it is your decision: will you choose what's best on the long term or will you stick to the apparently delicious, yet harmful short-term cooked food?
