Best Time To Burn Fat: The 'gold Nugget' One Hour Of Each Day

So what is the best time to burn fat?

In my estimates there is one hour out of each day that people neglect the most.

Just 1/24th... 4.17%... of each and every day that basically gets thrown out the window in a barrage of chaos. And it's this neglected time-slot that just happens to be the gold nugget for those trying to lose weight fast!

Stay with me on this for a minute...

You wake up after 6-8 hours of sleep (Or perhaps tossing and turning non-sleep), but whatever the case you wake up and you haven't touched any food for those several hours while you're sleeping.

So what do you do?...

If you're like most unknowing individuals the first thing that you do when you wake up is head into the kitchen and fill up that coffee cup or grab a snack or a combination of both.

And what you've just done is thrown the greatest fat burning hour of your day down the drain!

If it's your primary goal to lose weight, to burn fat, to get rid of that flabby stomach then place a gold star next to the following: The best time to burn fat is immediately after you wake up in the morning!

And silently you're whispering to yourself "why"?

Once again, because you haven't eaten anything for the past several hours!

So what are you supposed to do during this morning time slot?

I know you know the answer...

Work up a sweat!

When you exercise in the morning, before you eat anything (or drink anything - coffee, juice, etc.) you force your body to dip more heavily into its fat reserves for energy.

This is simply because during the night your body has burned off much of its 'on demand' energy stores and when you begin to exercise it needs more energy than is readily available so it must begin to burn fat. And burning fat is exactly what you want if it is your goal to lose weight!

Now exercising in the morning one day out of the week probably won't make a difference. But losing weight is all about consistency. Exercise like this for the next two weeks and I guarantee a pleasant surprise!

Very few people realize just how powerful this little secret is. And unfortunately most who read this article probably won't try it! But you can be the one who does take advantage of the best time to burn fat and be rewarded for it!
