Piles is an ordinary and very common ailment today. There are certain veins in the lining of anal canal. These veins are similar to those varicose veins of legs. The piles occurs when these veins of anal canal becomes dilated due to increase in pressure on anal canal. Due to this excess pressure, veins oozes blood in the end of defecation. First of all, it is important to understand the causes and symptoms of piles condition. The piles problem may occur due to some weakness in the walls of veins. The most common cause for this weakness in the walls of vein is heredity. In addition, piles condition may also occur due to sedentary lifestyle. The erect posture while we sit pressurizes the rectal veins. This may lead to dilation of veins in anal canal and then towards piles condition. Also, constipation condition puts extra pressure on the veins of rectum, due to this piles condition may awaken.

The prime symptom of piles condition is bleeding, while or at the end of bowel movements. Sometimes, blood may also be noticed on the toilet paper or in the toilet bowl. The bleeding is caused due to dilation of veins in rectum. Secondly, a person may also notice a soft and spongy lump on the anus. This soft lump works as a sealant to keep mucus and faeces inside the anal canal. Finally, one can also feel an urge to pass stools, even after stools are completely defecated. These are some symptoms of piles condition. Natural remedies are very effective in the process of piles treatment. Some of the remedies are discussed ahead.

1. The peel of pomegranate is very helpful in piles treatment. Just grind the peel of pomegranate in the form of fine powder. Take 1 tablespoon of the powder with clean drinking water, twice daily.

2. Papaya is very useful fruit in piles problem. This tasty fruit helps the digestive system to work efficiently. Also it helps to maintain good digestive health. Have nearly 100 grams of fresh and ripe papaya daily.

3. In addition, juice of radish is also very beneficial. Add one teaspoon of clarified butter in one glass of radish juice. Drink this juice twice daily. Having raw radish is also very helpful for piles treatment.

4. Mix one teaspoon of clarified butter with one teaspoon of ground sesame seed. Also add one teaspoon of ground sugar candy. Take this mixture at least two times in a period of 24 hours.

Finally, some diet tips are also mentioned ahead that may help above mentioned remedies to be more effective. Eat at least 10 grams of roasted grams daily. Secondly, having 60 grams of sesame seeds will be very helping. Also drink one cup juice of fresh leaves of tamarind. It is well known that salads are very important for healthy body. In piles condition, use raw cauliflower as salad. Finally, drink one cup of fresh coriander juice once daily. In conclusion, when these diet tips and above mentioned remedies are paired together, it will be very effective in piles treatment. Also it will completely cure piles condition.
