Breaking The Tie That Binds You To Your Results!

By: Empowerment_Guy Home | Self-Improvement

We all know how difficult it is to change. Change never comes without a price. Whether we lose friends, environments or even our direction in life, we pay either way. In order to change our thinking, we must look to science and the different models that are available to us.

When one looks at water, H2O, we know that water consist of 1 hydrogen atom and 2 oxygen atoms. We are also aware that these two separate elements are bounded by their configuration. If we add another element or take an element away we change the properties or better yet the function of those combined elements.

Now let us proceed to think about the following formula,
Thoughts plus actions equals results. A thought acted upon gives a result or outcome. Thus we can equate thoughts are the source of the outcomes when they are acted upon. The next question is, if you are not getting the results you are looking for then what equation are you working on? What binds are tied to the other two components?

Think of it again as an equation. Results are zero, which will mean that your actions are bringing about no result. Your thoughts will also be zero, since they are not bringing about the right action to create the desired result. This is where we have binds. You can have a million dollar idea, but your actions, are canceling your thoughts. Somewhere between your thoughts and actions are the paradigms or fixed ideas, have displaced the result. The element of time doesn't have to be fixed.

A thought that is connected to a negative bind will not work. If I am thinking prosperity and taking negative actions or negligible actions, then the results will all be the same. Your emotions are those binds. If you think prosperity and don't feel prosperous, well I don't care what you do the result will be the same. The answer to this puzzle has come through, visualization. But, visualizing something positive and still feeling neutral or negative, will not get you home.

I always wondered why meditation is so important. Meditation and Visualization are tools to help break those binds. They do take a lot of practice. The reason for this is that we are brought up in such a negative society, that we can run negative stuff much faster than positive things. It is a necessity at this stage of our own development that these tools be used often and always.

My strongest recommendation is that you eliminate as much as possible, news papers, TV and radio ads. They promote illness, death, destruction, war, and everything negative about life here at home and abroad. TV reality shows have no base in reality. They have some elements, but mainly they are also scripted. Inspiration will spur on more positive and enlightening thoughts than desperation.

When watching TV, why not run inspirational, motivational or instructional materials, instead of garbage. Why not turn your commuter time to insight and inspiration time. How about reading some inspirational book? Listen to motivational CD's or tapes instead of listening to talk show trash. Monitoring what goes into your mind is paramount, since it eventually saturates into your heart and soul. This is the price we must pay.

If you have lost faith in your ability to get to the important things in life, then do as I recommend for 30 days. You will see a difference in how you feel and in the results that you will be witness to. I know it is difficult. H2O is water and the binds between the elements can only be broken by some catalyst. Your catalyst is the way you feel. That can only be effective if you are in control. Meditate and visualize love and that will start to manifest through your actions. The results will take care of themselves at the appropriate time. There is one more element that you have to add to the mix and that is to relax. Relaxation helps refresh the body and the mind. Do not try to execute anything until you are in a relaxed state of body and mind.

We have seen the parallels of scientific formula with our everyday life. We need to use tools that will act as catalysts in order to break the binds that tie us down to where we are. Meditation and Visualization are the key tools that will help support changing those binds when executed in a relaxed manner. Take the 30 day challenge and watch as your life changes before your eyes.
