Brown Spotting Between Periods

By: Albert Deon Home | Health-and-Fitness

If you suffer from brown spots on your skin, you know that finding a good melasma treatment can be a difficult challenge. Cosmetic procedures can be very costly, and if the dermatologist or spa technician is honest with you, they will tell you that most of them are not recommended for melasma.

While many people do not get to deal with so serious consequences on their skin, there are numerous individuals who have to cope with brown spots resulted from the excessive exposure to sun. These dark spots appear when the skin is exposed for a larger period of time to the ultraviolet rays without any type of protection.

Sun spots on skin are as a result of the sun having damaged it over time. The sun is essentially the biggest culprit when it comes to our skin and the chances of it having sun spots. People with a lighter skin experience more sun damage because of the small amount of melanin that is produced, which provides the skin with little protection from the sun.

Dark, brown and age spots are due to increased melanin levels in areas of the skin. This skin problem usually arises due to an over exposure to the sun over a long period of time. If you for example like sun tanning and did it recklessly in your 20s without using sun block, you are probably going to have to deal with this problem in your late 30s and early 40s.

In most instances, prolonged exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays as well as to tanning beds and salons is the main reason for the age spots. It will take years for the black-and-brown spots to appear on your skin but it can take just months of preventive care and maintenance to get rid of them. Or at least, make them significantly fade away such that it will take a closer look to know that the spots are present.

The water will be well oxygenated and quite cool (usually less than 16 C) and most likely upstream from the trout's usual haunts. The parent hen trout creates the hollow during mating by quickly sweeping her tail from side to side across the gravel creating a nest (the design of the nests provide a percolating effect to the ova and keep them well oxygenated and free from fungal growths).

This could mean you need to take a few tests like a physical, an ultrasound, and blood tests. When these tests come back normal, your doctor will know for sure you and your baby are healthy and make sure there are no complications.

The consequence of too much sun exposure basically translates into an increase in the production of skin pigmentation (melanocytes), which in turn produces discolored spots on the skin commonly known as age or liver spots or sun spots. And therefore bear in mind no relation exists between these unaesthetic spots and the liver. Thank goodness for that.
