What not to do if your child is a victim of bullying in highschools

1. Never justify the bully's behaviour! Tell your child that bullying is wrong and he/she does not deserves to be bullied!
2. Resist the urge to try and solve the problem for your child, unless they are in serious physical danger.
3. Don't tell your child to simply avoid the bully. It will not fix the problem and usually only works for a short time.
4. Never tell your child to fight back! Most bullies are bigger and stronger, and are looking for an excuse to physically punish their victim and impress their peer group.
5. Don't confront the bully or the bully's parents alone. Their reactions may be hostile rather than sympathetic. Enlist the help of a third party to mediate the meeting.

Every parent wants to send their child off to school every day to have fun, learn at their optimum and be in a safe environment. Your child has the right to this.

Learn how to deal with this evil and bring joy back into to your child's life.. before it's too late.
