Burn Fat / Lose Weight, Burn Fat / Lose Weight, Burn Fat Living Longer... Put Me Down For That!!!

Nothing takes the place of a healthy lifestyle. You see it all around you these days. It’s everywhere you turn. Gyms are popping up all over the place, and some new magazine is hitting the store shelves, only to be lined up with the other one-hindered or so already out on the market.
You see the over weight people over eating, and the skinny people staying skinny, yet they are still over eating in some cases. So what do they know that you don’t know? What do they know do differently then you’re doing today? Your body really is a terrible thing to waste, so why on earth would you trash it in the first place.
I know one area of their body they have done pat! Get a handle on the percentage of body fat you are holding onto, and this will be your new starting point, and we will work down from their. Your new goal and mission, should you choose to accept this assignment is to reduce an ample amount of body fat that meets or even exceeds your bodies mass size against your desired weight and height. You wouldn’t want to be 5.5 weighing 85 pounds and have 3% body fat. It just wouldn’t look right.
Just like your doctor who wants to see you have a cholesterol level under two hundred, and does your trainer want to see a percentage of body fat that balances out your bodies measurements. Once you have obtained this number, it is time to go to work to shed off those fat pouches that have held down. Just remember this “Fat is not a terrible thing to lose”.
So the proposition of losing weight, or I should say burning fat, that results in weight loss is the key to a healthier life. An active way of life is one thing you cannot afford to do without. It is a simple choice and there is a simple solution to alter in the process. Think of this; there is nothing to invent. It is all here on this planet waiting to be harnessed.
Now just for a second imagine all the worlds’ population you have seen on television in the past. Looking outside of the primary countries, and focusing in on the areas where most villagers, tribes, and any third world inhabitants live, can you ever remember seeing really over weight people? Please keep in mind that I am talking here about the self sufficient people of this earth that hunt, fish and grow cultivate crops on a daily basis.
These people have done without a fast food restaurant, a c-store, your favorite “Mart” of some kind forever. Yet these people are perhaps in much better condition from a body fat standpoint then we are today. Ok, so they have very little money and resources and no exposure to what we are accustomed to, but do the really miss those things anyway?
Giving up doesn’t necessarily mean doing without. Never go hungry, and never starve your way to weight loss just to say you are burning fat.
