In the UK there are regulations governing returns policies for goods bought online, but pick a shoe company with clear terms and conditions on their website to avoid problems. Picking a shoe supplier that does free delivery is also preferable, because sometimes it can be difficult or impossible to get your postage costs back if you return a pair.
