By: Dorothea Home | News-and-Society | Marriage

Calista flock hart, in her childhood days, has been moving frequently and grew up in cities like Iowa, Illinois, Norwich, New York and New Jersey due to the nature of job of her father. She decided her career after she graduated in 1983, by attending the Mason Gross School of Arts, New Jersey.

The theater director, William Esper, spotted her acting ability and made her perform on the main stage as a special consideration, since it was reserved only for juniors and seniors. She graduated from there with a bachelor of fine arts degree in theatre.

Though her career started with small roles in various television appearances, she was recognized for her role in a quiz show. Then, she steadily climbed up the ladder of her career with performances in The Glass Menagerie and The movie Drunks and the Birdcage

But David E Kelley's fox television series, Ally McBeal gave her the fame that she cherishes today and also the golden globe award. She appeared on the cover of Time magazine on June 29, 1998.

The surprising news for her fans is the proposal of Harrison Ford to her when he placed an engagement ring on Valentine's Day, while the two were away on a family vacation. Harrison Ford is 66 and Calista flock hart, 44. Harrison is already married twice with four elder children. Calista has adopted a son Liam. Though the couple was living together for seven and a half years, they decided to marry in a ceremony in New Mexico this year.

They looked gorgeous and adorable in their wedding dress. The groom wear included a wedding suit, while the bride wore a gown designed by Badgley Mischka. The governor Bill Richardson and Chief justice of New Mexico Supreme Court, Charles Daniels presided over the ceremony in the governor's mansion

Congratulations to the happy couple and hope they live happily ever after.
