A Centralized customer service center engaged in receiving and transmitting telephone calls in large volume are termed as Call Centers. Call centers are service oriented centers which work as business process outsourcing units.

Main machine used in call center outsourcing is an active telephone line, to receive and make calls to customer, and the main targets are customers. Therefore, Call Centers work on telephone lines to satisfy specific class of customers, for servicing their clients.
