Cancun Real Estate is about to benefit from easier air transportation. The second runway at the Cancun International Airport has been completed and will soon be in use. This important infrastructure project was undertaken with an invested $67 million USD, and includes a runway, a control tower and a bridge connector, which will increase airport capacity to 28 million passengers. To celebrate the opening of the new runway, a 5 and 10 km race is planned for October 10, at 7:00 o'clock in the morning. The Cancun International Airport is inviting two thousand runners to perform a special route directly on the new runway, which is, of course, in perfect condition and is 100% percent flat.
