Those who are used to using Canon's SX series will immediately notice a great improvement in image quality with the new model. Its 28-560mm lens captures amazing pictures putting in head and shoulders above other camera models of its class. The new Canon Powershot SX10IS 10MP digital camera has a DIGIC 4 image processor that increases the rate of noise reduction delivering high image quality a high ISO speeds. It also has a new I-Contrast feature that automatically adjusts contrast rations for better transition between light and dark shades. Another impressive feature of the Canon Powershot SX10IS 10MP digital camera is its impressive 20x optical zoom. This zooming capacity is way above your average set of binoculars. While testing out the zoom in my living room, the camera can easily capture crisp and bright images of some small prints across the room. This new model has a 2.5 inch LCD display, which in my opinion, seems a tad small by today's standards. I personally would prefer a bigger display screen more than anything else. All in all, in my books, the Canon Powershot SX10IS 10MP digital camera is still one of the best cameras in its class.
