Due diligence and research is important part of the process. I look for the best information that is on hand and use that, taking into account the bias because I aware it's somewhat biased. The top affiliate marketing programs have materials such as manuals, videos and other information that are exceeds ones expectations. I require assistance at first and if the company can make it idiot proof the better I feel. The quantity is important, however, quality even more important. Easy to access answers from a knowledge base in case I need help right away. The assistance that the affiliate company is known for and if they will be there when you need them, specifically in the beginning to help me through those difficult times. The best affiliate programs answer e-mails promptly, but they also have a chat box to get issues resolved fast before one loses his mind Obviously the affiliate marketing product they offer is the key ingredient, it has to be marketable, realistic and their approach with the product or service logical and realistic. It has to be of good quality and provide value to the consumer you are selling it to. These are just some quick points on the approach I take and I look at it with a skeptical eye. But I can confide that there are some excellent programs that you can start with a small investment, just have realistic expectations and be cognizant you will have to put in some work when you first start.
