Hence consuming sleeping pill can sometimes leave you feel drowsy. It sometime causes uneasiness in the mornings. Hence it is always better to consult the doctor to know the correct dosage.

If you want to get sleep naturally, there are alternative methods. You can modify your regular routine slightly in order to get good sleep. The first and foremost thing is you can cut down on caffeine and other drinks after dinner. A warm glass of milk is advisable before going to bed. Breathing exercises may also help a lot in getting a good night’s sleep.
