The luxury auto market has been a whirlwind as of late, with new brands entering uncharted territory. Hyundai recently joined the list of brands that offer luxury cars, and Pugi Volkswagen drivers are about to get a taste of their own luxury opportunity in the near future. With the 2011 model year about to roll out, VW is coming out with its guns blazing. Have you had a chance to check out what VW is up to? If you haven’t had time, we’ll fill you in on some of the more specific details. The real news here is the launch of the CC, one of the most luxurious VWs to hit the market in the last few years. Your VW dealer in Downers Grove is gearing up for the launch of the 2011 model, which is sure to knock your socks off. In terms of how the new CC is designed, it borrows some of the styling of the Passat. The Passat is gearing up for a retooled launch, so we expect that the CC will be the only car its size for this model year. Pugi Volkswagen drivers will get to try the luxury of the CC with a bit more of the large car aesthetic. Drivers especially love the interior comfort that the CC offers, with room for four. The knee room isn’t exactly excellent, but it is doable. One of the biggest selling factors for the CC, however, is the design †and boy does it stand out against a backdrop of boring cars. The CC is lanky and gorgeous, offering a lot better stability within a sea of unstable cars. It’s a little pricey, but your VW dealer in Downers Grove isn’t worried about it: consumers pay for quality. Is this the next feather in VW’s hat? We won’t know for a little while. Still, there is the chance that the CC could absolutely bomb, especially with the future of the new luxury entrants looking so unpredictable. Pugi Volkswagen drivers, however, remain confident that their brand will deliver †and I am among them. In fact, I test-drove the new CC, and I was very impressed overall. The handling is a bit sluggish, but the engine pumps, and of course we mustn’t forget the fact that it is one of the most attractive vehicles on the road. Yes, it looks like VW has hit it big in the luxury market with the CC, so BMW, Lexus and Mercedes better watch out; there’s a new contender in town. Check it out at your VW dealer in Downers Grove. This is another step on the road to success for VW, with the launch of many smaller, more fuel efficient cars already in the company’s repertoire. We’ll look forward to seeing what the brand can dream up, and in the meantime, we’ll enjoy what it already has on the market.
