1.Dress in lightweight clothing or take away clothing to allow heat loss through the skin. Socks, slippers, or a hat should not be second-hand because heat escapes from side to side the head and feet.

2.Use a lightweight blanket if you feel cold or if you are trembling, and leave the feet exposed.

3.Keep quiet (still) since activity increase body temperature.

4.Get extra fluids to prevent dehydration or extra loss of water, such as water, iced drinks, popsicles, Jello, or juices. (Fluids without supplementary sugar are best, but use whatever you have on hand because dehydration can occur very rapidly.)

Home Remedies for Fever

One remedy is to apply some aloe vera gel on the blisters. This will help to soothe the blisters.

Intermittent request of ice helps with the pain and itching that accompany fever blisters. Applying a tea bag on the blister when it first develops and is tingling, can prevent it from developing into a cold sore.

1. You can soak 10-15 Raisins in Water, crush the raisins in the same water and strain it and drink it. This is a very ready to lend a hand home remedy.

2. Holy Basil (Tulsi) is another equally effective home remedy for fever. You can boil it in 2 cups of water and drink it. You can add some honey when boiling it.

3. Drinking Ginger tea will help.

4. Mix a pinch of Turmeric in a glass of warm Milk and drink.

5. Bittergourd is also helpful in bring down temperature.

6. Make some Mint Tea and drink. It will help.
