For adding a dusting of colour to your eyes, you will also need to invest in some eye-shadow brushes. These come in a variety of sizes, from larger fluffy brushes for applying eye-shadow to smaller more precise brushes for creating a smudged eye-shadow or eye liner effect. Blending brushes often take an angled form, for more precise application. Many women also like to add a splash of colour to their lips either in the form of a lipstick or lip-gloss. This is often applied directly from the stick or brush that holds the colour however like applying powder with a sponge, this can lead to too much colour being applied, resulting in a heavy look. Applying lip colour with a lip brush helps create a much softer, most natural look and will allow you to apply it more accurately. These make up brushes are much smaller than powder or eye shadow brushes, for a more precise application. While most make up does come with its own form of application, be it a sponge or in the form of its packaging, investing in a set of make up brushes for the products you wear, is guaranteed to give you a more impressive finish. Make up isn\'t cheap so there\'s little point in spending your hard earned money on expensive products if it\'s not then applied correctly.
