Confidence. It's one of those ambiguous things. You know that you need to get confidence to attract women, but you also feel like you have to attract women to gain confidence. What are you going to do? Are you going to just wait and hope that you somehow become more confident, or are you going to try and get a handle on this so that you can attract women, which of course will make you more confident around women. Here are some tips to become more confident to attract women: 1. Use affirmations to rewire the way that you think about yourself. Although there is a lot of new age garbage that makes affirmations out to be like magic, they do actually work out to help you improve your confidence. Most guys will end up telling themselves negative things about their chances of attracting women, and doing that will only crush your confidence. 2. Approach women without giving it too much thought. The more time that you give yourself to think about approaching women, the more likely it is that you are going to talk yourself out of it. When you approach a woman, you don't want to really have much time at all to go over in your mind all of the things that can go wrong. Some guys even adopt and use a rule to approach a woman in only a few seconds just so that they do not end up killing their own confidence. 3. Realize that your confidence will get a boost every time you talk to women. You have to break out of your shell and get used to talking to women, preferably the type that usually make you feel a little anxious or intimidated. Like anything else in life, the more that you do it, the more confident you will be in your ability.
