In this article We will review a very effective and professional level tool called Duplicate File Finder. This is an excellent tool which is not just another file comparing utility, as it will actually match the files contents and locate true duplicate files, even if they have totally different file names, location and file sizes. Duplicate Finder has option to exclude System, Read-only, Hidden files and zero byte files from duplicate search. User can to exclude specific file types or file extensions from the similar file search. Users can restrict duplicate file search to selected folder and to include sub folders. The user can search a profile to find duplicate files in the system based on the selected criteria. The duplicate files searched and the results are displayed in a list view. The result is grouped by different color to help user to easily find the duplicate files. Duplicate Finder can use different search engine to find duplicates. You can compare file names or types while others compute hashes or use byte by byte to find duplicate files even if the size of the files is not the same. Duplicate Files can be move to Recycle bin, Deleted Permanently, Moved to a specified location. You can save the session and can delete all the duplicate files.
