Causes of chronic diarrhea do need investigating and your doctor will be able to help you with this. Diarrhea is just one of those conditions that can impair a person's health. To live a longer life, it would be necessary to take good care of yourself. One way to be healthy is to stay physically active. Try different types of magnesium. You're probably using citrate. You can also try dimalate capsules which release slower. Magnesium oil is a great alternative as it bypasses your digestive system.
