One of my favorite things in the world to do is cook. When I am in the kitchen cooking for my family, I am as happy and peacefully content as one human was ever meant to be. So it is not surprising, I suppose, that I collect cookbooks with a great, unbridled passion. I grab up any cookbook that looks interesting, but I am partial to those authored by Food Network chefs. Some very basic cookbooks are available for cooks who are beginners in the kitchen. These books have instructions on every aspect of the simplest recipes, right down to the last detail. Some, like Food Network Kitchens HOW TO BOIL WATER, go one step further and add embellishments to liven up the original recipe. While watching this years Super Bowl I was reminded of what many of my clients tell me often and why they are doing the family cookbooks. Sadly they start right after a loved one has passed and then they realize they have already waited too long. Loving family members whose stories and recipes belong in the family cookbook are no longer here and there is no way to make up for that loss. When we think of comfort food, entertaining, and flavor, Italian food is one of the first thing to come to mind. Thus it is no surprise that this holiday season is filled with several beautiful Italian cookbooks. Yet, of those we viewed, the ultimate appeal was in this hefty title. This book is a realistic and humorous guide for living a healthy life for real people. It addresses ease of preparation, economy of effort, consideration of meal budgets, and most importantly abundance of flavor - all with health as the underlying factor. I love every recipe I've tried so far. There are many raw food cookbooks that can help you understand how to cook vegan food. Many of these are downloadable so you do not have to wait for days to get your copy. These raw food cookbooks will comprise of recipes in entrees, raw desserts, raw salads, raw soups, hemp recipes, raw snacks, to name a few. So where do you find recipes and a healthy cookbook? They are everywhere. Magazines have healthy recipes for losing weigh. Websites, book stores, hospitals, non-profit foundations, family, friends...product sites, weight management sites...everyone seems to offer recipes and help. This guide has made me discover all the myths and unhealthy diets that the food and fat loss industry has been preaching about. It shows why many so called "low fat" and "healthy" foods were actually causing more harm than good to the body and how they are putting a lot of fats into the people's bodies. It is therefore not impossible to dream of learning how to make healthy Japanese food. Actually, to start with, it must be learned that the healthy component of the Japanese food does not really rely on a special cooking method, but more of the ingredients they use. If you are conscious of really coming up with the healthy stuff.
