If you have had quite a hand at photography and you think it's time to upgrade, buy a digital SLR camera. But if you have just started or maybe not a very enthusiastic photographer, look for a nice digital camera. You will not regret the quality of images with a regular digital camera plus you get the added advantage of video shooting also.
