Do You Know How To Loose Fat?

By: Dan Ezeife Home |

People often talk about fat and eager to reduce it without having much or no understanding of this content. Fat is one of the content in our body which is been stored for emergencies when our body really needs energy. For example when we don't intake food the body fat gets burned generating energy. This is the reason that fat doesn't dissolve in water contents but only in organic contents. Edible oils, pork meat, butter and ghee are some products which contain high degree fat. Our body likes to accumulate fat. It couldn't care less about looking good as long as it has lots of energy reserves in the form of fat.

Loosing your fat in a day or two is highly impossible. People often talk about diets vs. lifestyles. Diets are really helpful to reduce your fat but only they are associated with a proper exercise or workout chart. Else it will increase your fat and stomach belly. Loose overall body fat you need to focus on two things: heavy whole-body weight-training and a fat-burning diet! 80% of your success will be determined by how good a weight training program and diet you have and how closely you stick to them. Cardio is a useful tool as well and it is great for your overall health, but it does not have the fat-burning probable of a good weight training program and diet.

A proper diet, supplement is very much necessary which covers the remaining 30% of your program to reduce excess fat. Start on with a diet chart. You can consult your dietician or can visit various sites which can guide you. Knowledge is power so read as much as you can. Try and avoid fatty oils to a massive extend. Eat vegetable, fruits and juices in small quantities but at regular intervals.

The slightest way to reduce your body fat is medication. When nothing works or you don't want to consult your dietician and take supplements of pills which help in blazing your fat. This is not a healthy act of reducing weight. Be cautious of supplements that promise a good physique but actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat... yet the diet food advertising industry continues to lie to you so they can make the most of their profits.

A gentleman was famed for completing 50 marathons on 50 consecutive days in 50 different states. But surprisingly he was not an ultra marathoner build with well muscle but a typical anemic marathoner. A well build body is always not a sign of healthy body.
