Easy Weekly Diet Meal Plan

This weekly diet meal plan allows you to loss about 5 kilograms. Mostly it consists of vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins. There is only one disadvantage of this diet meal plan: it will be hard to fallow it at work time.

During the weekly diet meal plan is recommended to exclude from the ration sugar, potatoes, carrots, beans. Preferable to use fat free dairy products only. When cooking, put in a salad: teaspoon olive oil, mixed with the juice of one lemon. Drink water at least two litres a day, preferable: mineral water, herbal teas, Blackberry tea and green tea.

Before you start weekly diet meal plan it is recommended to consult your doctor.

1 day
7.30 - 2 kiwis.
8.00 †oat meal with milk.
10.00 †glass of yogurt, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - green salad, filled olive oil and lemon juice.
15.00 - 80 g boiled chicken breast, 100 g cabbage, 2 slices of cheese.
17.00 - pear.
19.00 - a glass orange juice or orange.
19.30 †two fried eggs, bio yogurt.

Day 2
7.30 - orange.
8.00 †oat meal with milk.
10.00 - the toast of black bread with jam, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - 100 g boiled fish.
15.00 - stewed vegetables, salad, and bio yogurt.
17.00 - pear.
19.00 - a glass orange juice or orange.
19.30 - green salad, defatted curd, bio yogurt.

Day 3
7.30 - glass of fresh juice or water.
8.00 †oat meal with milk.
10.00 †yogurt, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - 100 g boiled veal.
15.00 - salad, stewed vegetables, 2-3 slices of cheese.
17.00 - 4 almonds, hazelnuts 3, 1 walnut.
19.00 - a glass orange juice or orange.
19.30 - cabbage, oven, cheese and bio yogurt.

Day 4
7.30 - 2 mandarin.
8.00 †oat meal with milk.
10.00 - yogurt, a piece of black bread, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - 100 g boiled squid.
15.00 - green salad, stewed eggplants, 2 slices of cheese.
17.00 - 4 pieces dried apricots and prunes.
19.00 - fried eggs with tomatoes.
19.30 - boiled vegetables, bio yogurt.

Day 5
7.30 - 2 kiwi fruit.
8.00 †oat meal with milk.
10.00 - the toast of black bread with jam, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - 100 g boiled chicken breast.
15.00 - green salad, 100 g cauliflower or broccoli, yogurt.
17.00 - pear.
19.00 - a glass orange juice or orange.
19.30 - tomatoes, baked with cheese, cottage cheese.

Day 6
7.30 - orange.
8.00 †oat meal.
10.00 - yogurt, a piece of black bread, a cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 - an apple.
13.00 - stewed vegetables.
15.00 - 100 g boiled fish, green salad and slice of cheese.
17.00 - 4 almonds, hazelnuts 3, 1 walnut.
19.00 †2 fried eggs with mushrooms.
19.30 - stewed vegetables, green salad.

Day 7
1.5 kilograms of apples for the entire day (divided into six meals).

As you can see this weekly diet meal plan is balanced and includes different types of food so that will be very easy to fallow it.
