Eating healthy daily is a great way to look and feel beter. It is hard to start eating healthy on a daily basis but if you work hard at it, it will be second nature soon enough.

The best part about eating healthy is, it gets easier and easier as you go. If you ease into it and set goals and you have the will to eat healthier you will not fail. I once read somewhere that the only way to fail is to quit.

I am a firm believer in this statement; because no matter how many times you may stumble or trip you have to get back up again. And as long as you get up you will eventually succeed.

Here are 4 tips that will have you eating healthy daily

Tip # 1 DRINK WATER!!!! So many people ask me how to lose weight or how to eat healthier and one of my first questions is, how much water do you drink a day? if the answer is less than 8 glasses then you are probably dehydrated... which is bad

Tip # 2 Stop eating fast food, ok this is kind of a lot to ask for, so maybe just cut it down to once a week. Just ease into it you know

Tip # 3 Stop drinking sodas, and coffee, and energy drinks, and so on and so forth, they aren't good for you. If you need the extra energy then you are in the right place because if you start eating healthy daily you will have more energy and you will feel and look better.

Tips # 4 buy a healthy cook book or a healthy eating guide, as long as you stick to it this wil be the best investment of your life
