Eating The Right Meat Is The 6 Pack Abs Secret!

By: brandontask Home | Self-Improvement

How to get 6 pack abs

Here is something I learned to build muscle fast and lose fat.

This isn't about any crazy AB exercise or any starvation diet. This is something that you can easily add to a losing fat diet.

I'm going to agree with the vegetarians on something here.

Meats aren't healthy.

Not The meats of today anyways. Commercial farm raised animals don't produce healthy animals and therefore don't produce healthy meats.
They aren't meant to eat soy and corn all day and who knows what else they give them! They crowd them together and this isn't how healthy animals were meant to be raised. We need to go back and learn from old traditional farmers.

We are what we eat and proteins are the building blocks of our cells.
The meats of today are pent up with nasty hormones that can then affect us and even be counter-intuitive and cause us to gain more fat!
For example, growth hormone put into a cow and then go into your beef and then into your mouth, and all of a sudden...your estrogen levels go up which makes you hold onto fat more easily.

So is it possible to eat healthy meats? Is it possible to find organic natural meats without spending enough to lose your shirt?
LOL...

Well, I know whenever someone suggests to me to get organic food I get freaked out when I hear that "organic" word. I think its a new age way to charge more money for food that I could just get for a lot cheaper elsewhere. The sad truth is a lot of stores do overcharge when they put the prestigious label on them. But that doesn't mean that every person who grows and sells organic meats don't offer good prices.

Think of your typical small town farm and the sweet lady milking the cows. Would they want to take all of your money or would they be happy to give you good old fashioned quality food. Well who knows there might be some scam farm ladies out there LOL... but chances are you'll get a better deal.

So that's a great tip in losing fat faster and getting ripped six pack abs. Get healthy meats from small town farms.

One of the great experts I learned from has a great interview here...He is an advocate for eating Bison meat. And he's helped thousands over the world lose fat pretty fast.

So that's a great tip in losing fat faster and getting ripped six pack abs. Get healthy meats from small town farms. What kinds of meats?
Buffalo, Bison, Ostrich, Elk, and lean organic beef are a great start.
Buffalo for instance has more omega 3 than fish and very lean. It will help you build muscle and lose belly fat more efficiently than other meats. They are never pent up with hormones because the animal won't let them! So one of the purest meats out there..

The fact is free-range Bison are pretty much untouched and spend their lvies on the grass, as much as possible. They aren't exposed to questionable drugs, chemicals or hormones..If you only saw what was done to most of the grocery store meat!! Pound for pound, nutritionally speaking, you are getting far more protein and nutrients with less calories and less fat.

Stewart and Janet Swerdlow summarized about eating meat very well..You can learn more about them at www.expansions.com. This is an excerpt from Janet Swerdlow's Belief Systems Shattered famous articles...

"Some people do no want to eat flesh foods because they do not like the idea of killing animals. If you object to killing animals, then you should also object to killing plants, because it is a proven fact that they also have a consciousness, and that they feel fear when threatened and pain when harmed. What is the difference, then, between killing an animal and killing a plant for consumption?

Sometimes people choose vegetarians because they view it as â€more spiritual.†More spiritual than what? And by whose definition?
Sometimes people use their vegetarianism as an excuse to †look downâ€
on others who choose not to follow the same life choice. On some level they believe this condescension elevates their own spirituality.

I know natives that lived to 120 with a heavy meat diet, however with a more pure meat diet than todays meat. I’ll agree with one thing. The meats of today are not that healthy (hormones etc.). We need to eat more pure meats like Buffalo, Venison and Elk. Maybe I’m wrong, but one thing is for sure the human body requires flesh food to properly build itself and replicate its DNA. Think about the warriors and people of physical strength. ARe they vegetarians or meat-eaters? "

I believe its good to fast from meats every now and then to give your digestive system a break. Thats my 2 cents for whatever it is worthâ€..if you crave meat it is for a reason!!
