For example, growth hormone put into a cow and then go into your beef and then into your mouth, and all of a sudden...your estrogen levels go up which makes you hold onto fat more easily. So is it possible to eat healthy meats? Is it possible to find organic natural meats without spending enough to lose your shirt? LOL... Well, I know whenever someone suggests to me to get organic food I get freaked out when I hear that "organic" word. I think its a new age way to charge more money for food that I could just get for a lot cheaper elsewhere. The sad truth is a lot of stores do overcharge when they put the prestigious label on them. But that doesn't mean that every person who grows and sells organic meats don't offer good prices. Think of your typical small town farm and the sweet lady milking the cows. Would they want to take all of your money or would they be happy to give you good old fashioned quality food.
